You must be in the UK when you apply. A Graduate visa lasts for 2 years. If you have a PHD or other doctoral qualification, it will last for 3 years. You must apply before your student visa or Tier 4 (General) student visa expires. You need to pay the application fee &amp; healthcare surcharge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can apply for a Graduate visa if all the following you can prove:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>you\u2019re in the UK<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your current visa is a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/student-visa\">Student visa or Tier 4 (General) student visa<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you studied a UK bachelor\u2019s degree, postgraduate degree or other eligible course for a minimum period with your student visa or Tier 4 (General) student visa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your education provider (such as your university or college) has told the Home Office you\u2019ve successfully completed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please get in touch with our advisors for more details and support of your success.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Graduate visa gives you permission to stay in the UK for at least 2 years after successfully completing a course in the UK.
