When the client pays for our services, the money is credited to the FAMS LAW UK account. The client may be issued invoiced electronically or on paper on demand. We urge our clients to pay the Home Office fee and IHS fees from their own account to the Home Office Account.
This fee scale details our fees for all immigration advice and services that we are registered to provide to our clients. We charge on a fixed fee basis only. However, should you wish to withdraw instructions part way through your immigration case we will charge you for all work we have undertaken on your behalf at an hourly rate. Please note that We do not charge VAT.
